
Class Descriptions
Beginners Classes
This is the place to start if you have wanted to give yoga a try or have had an extended break and would like re-establishing your yoga practice.
We start with the absolute basics and build you up weekly, gaining in confidence and wellness as you go.
Developing Classes
Designed for students who have completed a beginners course or have 6 months or more yoga experience.
At this level students continue to consolidate the basics and are introduced to newer postures (asanas) like inversions and backbends.
Experienced Classes
For students with 2 year plus Iyengar yoga experience. Familiarity with inversions and backbends, with a commitment to regular attendance to classes, workshops and annual retreat.
Students expected to have regular home practise.
NB: This class must be booked into by the term - casual students are not eligible to attend these classes, with the exception of experienced students.
